Hello All,
Today is Sat. Dec 15, 2007, and I just started my blog. I decided to do this so those of you who wanted to learn more about my running training and progress from my races. I will try to blog as often as possible.
Here is the current update:
On Thursday I ran 6 miles in 49 minutes and started having right knee pain. I awoke to it being in more pain and unable to handle walking down my stairs, as the day progressed it seemed to go away and I have now learned that I need to do a little strength training as well as my running training.
Next run is scheduled for Sunday, 8 miles.
