Today I finally went to meet my new workout trainer. His name is Ron. He has a gym in the West Loop of Chicago close to the Harpo studios. http://www.trainwithron.com/
First impression very nice group of guy and great space. He even went through my diet and found thing that even I the health food Nazi was eatting a few bad things that I thought were good for me, but in fact were loaded with sugar. I learned today that my body fat was 11.2%. Then, I did a 30 minute workout session and when I left I was soar. The backs of my legs are the most soar. I am going to see him again on Monday a.m.
I ran tonight. I did just 3 miles since my legs were soar thanks to Ron. I was still able to complete it in 27 minutes. Kinda slow for me, but I'm telling you my legs were killing me and the gym was 800 degree's. I was sweating like a pig.
I am going to try to run outside on Sunday if its not raining to hard. The forecast is still calling for a 50-55 degree day, but it could be raining.
