Relax
Tonight I am not running or do strength training. Its a Project Runway night on Bravo. Tomorrow I will try out the new stretches and do some weights for my knee and depending on how that goes, I'll run some as well. I need to find out within the next two weeks if the new shoes are the right ones or I can take them back and get a different shoe. I also have to slow down in order to continue. I added two more races for 2008. If the knee pain continues after this week of trying to lay low and stretching it out I am considering physical therapy or hiring a trainer to get my knee back to what it was before I pushed it to hard.
